This EB-5 project involves the development and construction of Phase 1 and Phase 1A of a mixed-use master planned community. Phase 1 involves an urban mixed-use development featuring 345 townhomes, 400 multifamily units, 300,000 square feet of retail space, and 109 hotel rooms. Phase 1A of the Town Center is located north of Phase 1; it is expected to include an additional 470 townhomes and 66 detached single-family homes.
