The project involves the development of the Tryon International Equestrian Center and Resort (“TIEC”) located in the rolling foothills of North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountain Range.
The full-service resort is centered around a world class equestrian competition venue and is expected to include a wide array of lodging options (hotels, rental cabins, inns, a recreational vehicle park), restaurants, retail centers, a golf course, spa, and sports complex.
