This EB-5 project, within the Moonlight Basin community, involves a five-star ultra-luxury hotel and mixed-use residential development and includes a luxury hotel, guest cabins, for-sale cabins, a Chenot Spa facility, a ski lodge with gondola access to Big Sky Resort, and a signature restaurant. Big Sky Resort, the second-largest ski resort in the United States, and Yellowstone Club form the largest ski destination in North America, featuring a 4,350-foot vertical drop and an annual snowfall of 400 inches. The hotel comprises 94 guest rooms across five lodge buildings, 13 guest cabins, 62 for-sale cabins, and four branded homesite development lots.
