This EB-5 project is a master-planned community development designed to cater to the unique needs of the Orthodox Jewish community. It encompasses mixed-use residential and commercial spaces, including approximately 1,000 single-family homes, 300 residential units available for lease, and around 650,000 square feet of commercial and public areas. Additionally, the project will incorporate essential religious facilities, a private school, and on-site amenities, including a Shul and a Mikvah designed to serve the Jewish community.
