This EB-5 project involves the Phase 1 redevelopment of a former hotel into a 323-unit senior living community. The community will be an independent living facility complete with a wide range of state-of-the-art amenities, including two pools, an outdoor sundeck, accessibility features in all units, an onsite movie theater, a restaurant, housekeeping services, chauffeured transportation, and an onsite wellness center and clinic. Additionally, an onsite parking garage will be developed to provide convenience for residents.
