This EB-5 project aims to create a state-of-the-art apple orchard by revitalizing a former coal mine. It will be converted into a high-density commercial apple orchard, known for its efficient fruit-bearing capabilities, accelerating crop production compared to regular apple orchards. With the expertise of the Project’s team, utilizing dwarf trees and drip irrigation systems, the initiative significantly speeds up the production of marketable fruit. The project unfolds in two phases, converting approximately 2,000 acres into commercial apple orchards, taking advantage of the region’s favorable climate for apple cultivation.
